4. License Scope

Supporter Licenses *

One supporter license is a supporter key for exactly one person. Customers receiving help from your supporters do not need their own license.

Everything else is included:

Concurrent rooms: as many as supporter licenses, so each supporter can open their own room at any time.
Up to 100 participants per room.
All features enabled – browser access, session recording and live captions. Your administrator decides whether and how to use them when configuring the server.
